For over 20 years Tony Plant has made work to be washed away. These Guerrilla style installations, in, above and below the tidal zones of some of the most exposed coastal locations in the land, often about as far removed from prying eyes and explanatory conversations as anyone could physically get are deliberately made to disappear. Many of the pools, painted boulders and moon shadow drawings are purely ephemeral and will be gone within a tide.
"Tony Plant is an environmental artist, photographer and surf creature whose imagination stretches to the far and hidden corners of the coastline" - Surfers Path
